Sunpower Solar

Since the 1970s, SunPower has been producing ground-breaking solar technologies. Through a cooperation with Technology Credit Union, SunPower has secured $1 billion in household solar + storage financing. SunPower has also partnered with Bank of the West to secure dedicated commercial solar financing. For the third year in a row, SunPower has been named the top commercial direct solar solutions provider in the United States in terms of capacity. SunPower announces the A-Series, the industry's first 400-plus-watt residential solar panels, with outputs of 400 and 415 watts. The A-series panels are the most powerful solar panels on the market for home use.

SunPower has completed a 10-megawatt solar and 1-megawatt storage project at the United States Army's Redstone Arsenal in Alabama, which is intended to lower peak power demand prices while improving energy security. SunPower's 4.4-megawatt solar system, which includes carport, roof, and ground-mount arrays, is now operational at Campbell's World Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey. Just one year after starting construction, ISE Group, Total, and SunPower have completed a 27-megawatt-peak photovoltaic power plant in Nanao, Japan's Honshu Island. SunPower just completed the installation of solar panels in its 1,000th new home development. Solar carports from SunPower have been named one of BuildingGreen's top ten recommended products for 2018.
